I'm thinking of picking this up with a gift card that I have. I think the gift card will take care of the entire cost.
I really like immersion blenders - because soups can be finsihed off easily. The food mill processes things and chops ice. Then there is the always needed electric whisk.
...keep in mind that I do not own a hand blender.
...and this will match the red theme I've got going on in my closet.. I mean kitchen.

Nichole - I don't bake now. Daniel had a hand mixer that I used to use quite often.
